Will you notify me when the car arrives?

We will notify you through text message when your vehicle arrives.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. we can provide child car seats. Please request car seats upon booking.

Are children considered passengers?

Yes

When do I pay for my booking?

A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking, and the balance is taken 7 days before the trip. If the trip is arranged at short notice, the remaining funds will be taken before the vehicle departs.

I am a regular client; do I get discounts?

Yes! We love to reward our clients with loyalty discounts. Please contact our team for more information.

Is there an extra charge on bank holidays?

No. There will be no extra charge.

Will the vehicle be safe?

Yes. Safety is our main priority at TCA.

Will the vehicle be clean?

Yes. Our vehicles are always in immaculate condition.

Will there be an umbrella available?

Yes, all our vehicles are fully equipped with umbrellas for those rainy days.

Are there water bottles in your vehicles?

Yes, all our vehicles have free bottles of water for our clients.

Can I eat or drink in the car?

Eating is not permitted in our vehicles; however, all our guests are welcome to enjoy our complimentary bottles of water.

Can I charge my phone in your vehicles?

Yes, we have universal chargers and iPhone chargers. Please let our team know if you need a specific charger.

Will the chauffeur and booking team keep all my details confidential?

Yes. At The Chauffeur Agency, confidentiality is an integral part of our code of conduct

Will the driver exceed speed limits?

Never. Our drivers will always stick to speed limits.

Will the chauffeur open the doors for me?

Yes, every time! We provide a first-class service.

Will the chauffeur dress smart with a suit?

Yes. All our chauffeurs are dresses in smart dark suits and ties.

If my flight is early will the chauffeur be there?

Yes. We monitor your flights so we will be there on time.

If my flight is delayed, will I be charged?

We will monitor your flight. Your airport transfer includes 60 mins waiting time & parking after the flight has landed. If you are delayed any further, for example delayed at customs etc, then waiting charge will be applied at an hourly rate which we divide into 15-minute segments.

Will the chauffeur carry my luggage?

Of course! We will carry your luggage to ensure you have a relaxing journey.
